If you would like Zenith AI to delete the personal data we hold about you — including WhatsApp conversation history, contact details, or intake form responses — you can request deletion at any time using the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to dorin@zenithaisystems.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Include the phone number or email address associated with your communications with us, so we can locate your records.
3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.

What Happens Next

We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (for example, records related to an active legal matter being handled by one of our law firm Clients, which remain subject to that firm's record-keeping obligations).

Requests Related to a Specific Law Firm

If your inquiry was directed to a specific law firm using our systems, that firm may act as the data controller for your information. We will coordinate with the relevant firm to fulfill your deletion request where applicable.
